Perlehaus ships orders from Australia to customers across Australia and New Zealand.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information where available.

Shipping within Australia

Standard shipping is A$14.95.

Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Shipping to New Zealand

Standard shipping is A$24.95.

Estimated delivery time is 6–10 business days after dispatch.

New Zealand Orders

Orders shipped to New Zealand may be subject to customs requirements, taxes, duties, levies or other charges depending on the value and circumstances of the shipment. Where such charges are payable by the recipient and have not been collected by Perlehaus at checkout, they are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
